The Sales Console is the part of the system that will be used at your sales points and give many easy to use features.
To the top of the sales console you find the main toolbar. We located all the links together clearly indicated with big icons. This makes it easy for new staff to learn the various functions they can do.
The messenger is the first option, although the messages displays on the home screen where they are noticed easily. The icon above, indicates the number of new messages, 2 in this case. Clicking on the icon slides open the header and displays the message poster.
The Stock count and Add stock icons opens the counting sheet and an easy to use stock receiving sheet.
The expenses allow for easy booking of any payout made from the till that will affect the cash balance during end of day. This section is also used for gaming machine payouts. Gaming machine payouts display separately in the expenses screen and on the admin console.
The clock in Icon allows for the staff to clock in out using their cards. All staff can clock at any one of the nodes. These clock times are used to manage the payroll.
New Members: this feature allows for staff to capture new member details. The new members displays on the admin console making printing membership cards a breeze.
The print slip icon opens a list of transactions. Transaction receipts can be printed at any time.

This button is set as focus at all times, this allows for the quick and easy use of the return key on the keyboard to start a transaction, once clicked the sale starts with the category choice, this will be explained in detail later.
The messaging pane is collapsible and the order/collection notices also appears in the same place under the new sale button. Different display options are made available depending on the operators access level.
Each incoming message starts of with a “Got It” button, this allows for easy read confirmations so that there are no need to confirm each message with a reply a simply click of the button will do. The sender’s name are displayed and the date and time received.
A completely separated messaging app is available for remote messaging from a tablet or phone.
The footer of the monitor displays the status of open or parked tables and can be accessed by simply scrolling down. Only parked/unpaid tables or bills are displayed here and this is also where you can reopen tables to add more products sold.
