Dash Layout

The dashboard is where all the action happens. Six main sections with toggle controls ensure flexibility and a good user experience.

A -> Sales Panel

Live reporting on sales, and activity on sales nodes.

This data board is easily hidden or shown, depending on how much desktop space you have and what you are busy doing. The different sections that make up the sales panel are as follows:

  • Transaction Chart
  • Links to related features
  • Live sales viewer
  • Thumbnail view of products sold
  • Thumbnail view products added
  • Products sales table
  • Daily financial summary

B -> Capture Panel

B-> Capture Panel
This is where all the cash movement is noted.

The Capture Panel provide the tools to manage all cash movements. For normal trade, you will input your banking transactions, money removed from pool tables or other token machines.

The Capture Panel plays a important part in situations where your business deal with Limited Payout Machines. The Capture Panel enable you to capture counts in a separated manner. The counts done in the capture panel includes, machine cash-ups and boosts, banking, pool tables and more.

The term Boost refer to the action of moving money from the petty cash float to any of the sales nodes, effectively increasing or decreasing the float.

The Capture Panel is the place you balance the days income and expenses.

C -> Toggle Bar

Toggle bar features
The toggle bar gives you full control of the layout.

Section “C” in the image above, highlights the Toggle bar and hold the following hide and show switches:

  • Capture
  • POS
  • Cash
  • Float
  • Machines
  • Errors
  • Shifts
  • Chat App

Additional practical features of the Toggle Bar is that the Toggle Bar always load or float to the best position, no matter which panels are open or how far down the page you scroll. This allows the user, to jump around between panels with ease.

D -> Display Panel

Display Panel
This section houses the various display panels as shown on the toggle bar.

The Display Panel adapts automatically, depending on the number and size of the panels you have open. The easiest way to Print Comprehensive Reports, is to populate the Display Panel with all the sections, and take a full screen screenshot.

E -> The history Panel

History Panel
In this display panel all Historical Data shows up.

The History Panel let you take a good look at data, easily. The history panel houses various tools. Using the tools for Search filtering, Filter by category, Employee, makes finding data entries quick and easy.

The History panel provide functionality to add new invoices or expenses, edit or book entries and manage Limited Payout Machines payout entries.

F -> Footer Status Bar

Footer Statis Bar
The footer offers insights into live data and navigation.

This Footer Panel gives you a concise status overview. All the things you need to see on the run. Quickfood adapts the main navigation on mobile devices. The secondary navigation, located in the footer, becomes the main navigation.
