Communication plays a vital role in any business and even more when you manage your business remotely. keeping in mind the high costs of phone calls, it is easy to see how the messenger can save you money.
The Quickfood messenger performs two main tasks, the first being normal messages and secondly a log book that are used to revise important arrangements from time to time or highlight issues.
The messenger allows for posts to be sent to individual staff members or to all. The new messages appear on the front screen of the till points where staff can easily see and respond. Once a message is read the person reading confirms the message by clicking the tick mark as in the image above.
This confirms that a message/instruction was read and then gives an indication on the sender’s side that the the message have been received.
When new products are added or you want to make an arrangement with all your staff, you simply select the send all radio button and the message will show to you who has confirmed the message and disappear from the status screen once everyone confirmed.
Staff members sees only messages that the have not responded too, arranged by date. On the admin console administrators can view a history and re-post instructions.
