The purpose of the XYZ computer service is to make the difficult decision of what computer equipment to buy when starting your business easier. By doing an analysis of what you may need and presenting you with a proposal that includes hardware and software and installation options.
Each business have unique electronic equipment requirements, sourcing the equipment takes time, something not always freely available when starting a new business.
During the analysis I take a look at what services you will be offering in store and on the internet. Then find the best placement of the computers, this can have an effect on costing. The analysis will consider cost, workload, various efficiencies and possibilities to automate your processes and ways to improve staff performance and service delivery.
Once the requirements are worked out, I get quotes on software and hardware, these will then be curated and compiled in a proposal for you to decide how you would like to go forward. When you give the go ahead, I will source all the required equipment and do the installations.
You will know exactly which computer equipment to buy to manage and market your business and point of sale requirements including software and hardware. Not covered in this offer will be any equipment used to manufacture your products e.g. sewing machines, kitchen equipment etc.
How do we do this?
The secret is keeping up to date with what is available and knowing the quality of products supplied by which suppliers. Most of the time I will do the installations and configuration of equipment but depending on the size I may outsource work for very big installations.
Training makes out a big part of the XYZ service and by the end of our contract you and your staff will know exactly how to perform all the required tasks.
